Born and brought up in a middle class family in Ettumanoor, Kottayam.  Did his MSc in Analytical Chemistry and then MBA with Marketing Specialisation.  Worked with leading corporates like CIPLA, Leo Burnett, Malayala Manorama and Bharat Petroleum in management positions before getting into own business.

Tested his entrepreneurial skills in Direct Selling Industry.  Was instrumental in making the two Global Direct Selling giants, the $10b Amway Corporation and $3b Mona.Vie Inc establish in India.

He has made some unique contributions to Hospitality industry.  Nature Zone Resort, Munnar is a pure Nature Resort with Tree Houses and Luxury Safari Tents.  The architectural design and execution were done by himself.  National Geographic channel will be airing a special program about this resort in April 2013.  ‘Napier House’ in Fort Cochin talks about his interest in protecting heritage.

He is the Founder & Chairman of Bramma Learning Solutions, operating in Business Consulting, Training & Educations domains.  The Business Consulting division ‘Bramma Business Insights’ is working with a vision of ‘Creating 1000 successes in Small & Medium Businesses.’  They have already made a difference to more than 100 companies in Kerala. ‘Bramma Trainings’ works with a vision to create Positive Transformations in People and Organizations.  This is achieved by providing Training & Education programs for Business Houses, Schools and Colleges.  He is bringing in many Innovations in the Training & Education Industry, which include Game Based Learning, Out Bound Trainings etc. Top Managements of Many organizations like Malayala Manorama, Le Meridien, Kenyan Airlines, Dubai Duty Free, South Indian Bank, Geojit Securities, Joy Alukkas etc take his services in training and coaching.

Wellness Solutions Pvt Ltd is another venture where he is a Founder Director.  This organization is making a big wave in the healthcare industry by bringing in some unique treatment systems which include ‘nutrigenomics.’ In association with Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine and Genecare Corporation, they have brought the Gene testing to India.  With this one can get a complete report of all the possible and probable life threatening diseases which could occur to him with the possible preventive remedies.

He is also a celebrated author.  His Malayalam Books; “Vijayamanthrangal’ published by Dhanam and ‘Srushtikaam Ningalude Lokam’ published by Malayala Manorama were best sellers.  ‘Tathaastu,’ an English non-fiction was in the top best sellers list of FlipKart for more than six months.

He has won many awards and rewards for his contributions as a Trainer and also as an entrepreneur.  ‘Business Wizard 2010’ from India Today, ‘Best Marketing Professional-2004’ by Sun TV etc were some amongst them.

Sajeev Nair is the founder of ‘Thought Process Re-engineering (TPR),’ a very powerful transformation program converging the neuro science, quantum physics and spiritual principles. He is in the process of creating a Certification program on TPR which will be a global project.
