The modern, comfortable Clubhouse in our Leasing Center building includes a full kitchen, social room, pool table, fireplace, flat-screen television and movie theatre where free movies are shown as part of community events. There are controlled access points throughout the property, equipped with surveillance cameras for on-site Courtesy Patrol use. Cameras are placed strategically throughout the property, and most common resident areas including business and fitness centers and garages require keyfob access.

ZIPCAR ON SITE
To coincide with our eco-friendly initiatives, Parkmerced offers Zipcar services at three locations distributed throughout the community. We offer corporate and family programs that allow residents to pick up and drop off any Zipcar vehicle at their convenience.
The Parkmerced Resident Services team is a dynamic, personable group of people that make sure residents are taken care of. The team is dedicated to improving the quality of life for residents by working to resolve issues, being proactive and improving the overall resident experience. Beyond day-to-day tasks, the Resident Services team collaborates to provide community events each month.
The on-site Parkmerced Maintenance team is available 24/7 and is a team of knowledgeable, experienced individuals. The team is dedicated to improving the quality of life for residents by working to resolve maintenance issues, being proactive and maintaining the overall appearance of the property grounds both inside and around your apartment home.
Pets are welcome at Parkmerced, and our acres of trees, green space and sidewalks provide plenty of opportunity to walk your pet within the community. There is also a fenced-in pet park on-site to allow your pet to run free and make new pet friends in the community.
