Sand Hill Property Company specializes in the Silicon Valley real estate market and has a proven track record of selecting and executing successful value-add real estate projects. The Company approaches each project with the intention of retaining it as long-term real estate portfolio. However, given the high demand in the marketplace for high quality and high security real estate projects, the Company also sells its projects to quality buyers.

Over the years, the Company has developed more than 40 projects encompassing 14 million square feet of building area throughout the Silicon Valley, ranging in size from a stand-alone retail store to multi-use city centers containing millions of square feet in building area. The Company has developed projects of all use types, including shopping centers, office complexes, hotels, and mixed-use communities.

Hotel

Marriott Residence Inn, Los Altos

The hotel was built in 1999 and was in operation for over a decade. Each of the 156 suites included separate sleeping and living areas, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Hotel amenities included a meeting/conference area, board room, fitness center, pool and spa, and tennis court. It was located near the HP Pavilion, Paramount’s Great America Theme Park, Shoreline Amphitheater, and Stanford University. Marriott awarded the hotel a “Double Platinum” rating for outstanding performance and it was consistently ranked in the top 10% of all Marriott Residence Inns nationally.
