1050 Page Mill Road, Palo Alto

Redevelopment of a prime 13.5 acre site at the intersection of Page Mill Road and Hansen Way in the prestigious Stanford Research Park. The new project will consist of four 2 story Class A office buildings surrounding an open landscaped courtyard twice the size of a football field to create a campus ambiance. The buildings will aim for LEED Platinum certification, and there will be individual underground parking garages. The total building areas will be 283,000 square feet. Total development cost is estimated to be $240 million.
