Edgewood Plaza, Palo Alto

A retail and residential mixed-use redevelopment of mid-century modernist developer Joseph Eichler’s only shopping center. The retail will be anchored by The Fresh Market and there will also be ten single family homes. The project is currently under construction, and total development cost is estimated to be $33 million.
