Main Street Cupertino, Cupertino

A large scale mixed-use project on 18 acres of land, one of the most prime parcels in the Silicon Valley. Entitlements have been received for 260,000 square feet of office space in two 4-story buildings, 130,000 square feet of urban retail clustered in separate buildings with retro architecture to evoke a downtown feel, a 120 loft style apartment, a 180 room business hotel, and a 1500 car garage. This project is currently under construction. Total development cost is $330 million.
