Developing Leaders Award
NAIOP is proud to honor up-and-coming commercial real estate professionals, 35 years of age and under, for their valued contribution and commitment to the industry with the annual Developing Leaders Award. The award is presented to those who have shown exemplary achievements and demonstrated outstanding professional accomplishments in the commercial real estate industry.
The nomination process is now closed for the 2016 NAIOP Developing Leaders Award will open in late April. The award recipients will be recognized at the fall conference in Scottsdale, Arizona on September 25-28, 2016.
Award Criteria
Eligibility
- NAIOP member in good standing
- 35 years of age and under
- Commercial real estate professional (full-time students are not eligible)
- Support from your organization to attend the Commercial Real Estate Conference 2016, September 25-28, in Scottsdale, Arizona
Criteria
Recipients of the Developing Leaders Award will be selected based on the following:
- Leadership
- Professional competency
- Career goals
- NAIOP participation
- Community involvement
Applications will be judged by leading industry professionals.
Award recipients will receive one (1) complimentary registration to the fall conference.
Award recipient’s supervisor will receive one (1) complimentary registration to the fall conference (supervisor registration is nontransferable).
Award presentation and reception event at the fall conference.
