History

Discovery Point Child Development centers opened its first location in 1988. The second location opened in 1990 and franchise sales began in 1991.

Discovery Point is actively looking to expand into new states like Texas and North Carolina, as well as new areas in Georgia and Florida.

Sadly, Diane Clark passed away in October, 2012. Diane’s passion was education of children. She was a former educator who spent much of her professional career in public education prior to establishing Discovery Point.

A charitable initiative was established in her name in December, 2012. “Diane’s Devotion” was created in her honor to help those less fortunate children, and share the love Diane embraced for children and for learning.
