The current proposal includes 109 new residential units and up to 4,900 square feet of ground floor retail along the north side of Market Street between South Van Ness Avenue and 12th Street. This building aims to embrace the character of the existing neighborhood and will be an exciting addition to the Market Street revitalization, within easy walking distance of Hayes Valley. The project has been designed as two towers with a shared courtyard, connected by a pedestrian sky bridge. The rooftop will have a wind-protected terrace featuring expansive views of City Hall, Hayes Valley, Twin Peaks and SOMA.
