调研结果：
1、85%认为智力刺激和学习/发展活动对他们的工作满意度来讲是最重要的
2、88%已经体会过或预计自动化会解放他们的时间，使他们更专注于战略性计划，提升效率。
3、93%不相信自动化IT工具会对他们的就业带来威胁
91%不相信自动化IT工具会成为人工智能取代人类的开端。而且，受访的IT专业人士表达了减少繁琐工作的愿望，因为繁琐重复的工作消耗他们的时间，且不激发智力。
