Castagna is where modern sensibility meets natural ingredients for a sensory experience that defines a new Northwest cuisine. The restaurant serves as a clean, calm, modern canvas on which to showcase an artful presentation of food; a series of tastes that elevate the senses and reinterpret local cuisine. Executive Chef Justin Woodward imagines an edible landscape where diners become part of a cycle of abundance: not only tasting, but feeling, smelling, hearing, seeing, and, ultimately, understanding the food. Chef Woodward offers two tasting menus each night. Diners can choose between a 5 course menu or explore the 10 course Chef’s Tasting Menu. A la cart and vegetarian options are also available. The 10 course Chef’s Tasting Menu for parties of 4 or less is available until 9pm. We offer our 10 course Chef’s Tasting Menu for larger parties on request.
