About Kuletos
Kuleto’s is an institution and a great restaurant that consistently delivers. I’ve eaten here numerous times since the late 80s and have had meals that still live in my top 10 restaurant memories.
The historic property was originally built in 1908 as a residence hotel for the people who built the Marina. The property became the historic Manx Hotel, which operated for 10 to 15 years. At that time, Kuleto’s was actually a go-go bar. The front window still has the pedestals used by the dancing girls. Our “exhibition” counter, where chefs now prepare our food, was once the stage.

The Villa Florence was built in 1986. Outside, near the entrance, is a time capsule that was filled at the time the property was built – when Haley’s comet last appeared. The capsule will be opened in 2061 when Haley’s Comet is expected to return.
