Unlike traditional keyword-based approach, our engine is able to extract the semantics of the entire sentence through Pand.ai’s proprietary model. This technology allows grammatically imperfect messaging, including many internet lingo and slang words as well as hybrid or mixed languages that are pre v a lent in many parts of the world.

Contextual Memory
The embedded in-state memory retention technology enables the bot to remember what your customer says previously without needing them to always repeat. This makes conversation with the chatbot more intuitive and natural.
