New Homewood Suites Expands San Jose Portfolio


Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, the 145-key hotel extends Hilton’s NorCal Homewood portfolio. The extended stay facility feature a unit mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Hilton has officially opened its latest Bay Area facility in a bid to expand in the coveted Silicon Valley market. Homewood Suites by Hilton San Jose North is the most recent development operated under the extended stay brand. The facility was developed by OTO Development, who also owns the property and will handle property management duties.

Located just north of Renaissance, at 4315 N. First St. in San Jose, the 145-key hotel features a combination of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchens and separate living and sleeping areas. Amenities includ e standard Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, a grocery shopping center, billiards and ping-pong tables. The property also features a 609-square-foot meeting space, a 24-hour business center and laundry services.

Silicon Valley Hotspot

The hotel offers proximity to popular entertainment spots like Levi’s Stadium and the Santa Clara Convention Center. Major employers such as Broadcom, Cisco, Samsung, PayPal, eBay, Tesla, Oracle and Apple are also close by. The San Jose International Airport and the San Francisco International Airport, two of the area’s major transportation hubs, are both within reasonable distance.
