Johns Hopkins Children’s Center is a 2012-13 U.S. News Honor Roll hospital in Baltimore. The hospital is average-sized in that it admits roughly 150 children each day, and it’s recognized for nursing excellence with the Nurse Magnet facility status. Johns Hopkins Children’s Center offers many services available for patients and their families, including a family resource library collection of more than 3,000 books, pamphlets, videotapes, and other resources. The facility, part of Johns Hopkins Hospital, was replaced in late April by the new Charlotte R. Bloomberg Children’s Center.
