Artist Walk is a mixed-use development project, consisting of approximately 185 units of market-rate rental apartments and approximately 28,000 to 29,000 square feet of street retail located in the Centerville Redevelopment Area of the City of Fremont, California. The site encompasses 6.58 acres of land.

The project will consist of 3 and 4 story mixed-use residential/retail buildings which front onto Fremont Boulevard and Artist Way that bi-sects the property connecting Fremont Boulevard to Post Street. The majority of the retail will be provided in three buildings located along, and entered from, Fremont Boulevard. Above the retail are two stories of residential housing.

The additional buildings fronting and farther down Artist Way  towards Post Street are four stories in height. The central focus of the project will be the large plaza located at the intersection of Fremont Blvd. and Artist Way
