The scaffolding is down and the sidewalks are being poured.  Trees are being placed around the perimitar and the plantings are going onto the roof terrace.  Finishing touches are being applied to the lobby and the common hallways all in preparation for our Fall Opening.  We’ll keep you posted on our progress so please be sure to register to stay informed.

Construction Update – March 2015

ONYX on Carolina is progressing on schedule.  Window installation is now complete. Drywall is in and the radiant heat system is being put in place on all 3 levels.  Next up … the cabinets along with kitchen and bath tiles.  Watch for our updated website with news and information later this month.

Construction Update – April 2015

ONYX on the Park is making progress on the new residences with a completion date of Summer 2015.  Initial painting has been completed and kitchen and bathroom cabinets are now being installed.  Roof finishes and building siding are being applied.  Next up … kitchen and bath tiles.  Watch for our updated website with news and information later this month.  Stay tuned for more images.

Installation of the beautiful European Oak flooring has begun in the top floor units.  These wide plank long board floors will be installed in all the units and are gorgeous – adding style and sophistication.  Tile work is nearing completion and the counter tops are being set.
