Brokers gather the name and induvual buying and selling homes..
basically, agents need to do what Zillow can’t.
Zillow have the data/info about the homes -like addresses, features, etc,
but Zillow doesn’t have the data about the owners and businesses
agents need to have originality on their craft.. Zillow has the data because they get it from MLS, it’s connected to MLS.
