Thank you for the opportunity to introduce our Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center, an amazing and massive 107,000 acre Park which encompasses a developable 30,000 acre industrial complex with pre-approved industrial and manufacturing uses.Located nine miles east of Sparks, Nevada, on I-80, the first phase 5,000-acre Industrial Park includes rail service; municipal water and sewer utility companies; high pressure gas available to all sites; four generating power plants on site with the fifth under construction; delivering more than 900 megawatts of electrical power, which is available directly to all park users; all supported by pre-approved land uses and a pro growth Nevada county.
