2655Bush

Overview of 2655 Bush Street:
The site at 2655 Bush Street was formerly the San Francisco Community Convalescent Home, which has been closed and vacant since 2005. The development is located in Lower Pacific Heights, at the southwest corner of Divisadero and Bush streets. It was originally slated to become a parking lot, but went through a couple of hand-offs before being acquired as a “shovel ready” project for KB Homes.

When complete, the development will be home to 81 luxury homes with below-ground parking and ground-floor retail. 2655 Bush will consist mainly of one and two bedroom homes.
