Overview of Arden:


Arden is the third San Francisco project undertaken by Bosa Development (the first two were the Radiance and the Madrone). Arden will have homes with one bedroom, one bedroom plus a den, two bedrooms, two bedrooms plus a den, three bedrooms, and three bedrooms plus a den. About 200 of the 263 homes will have two bedrooms or two plus a den, 45 homes will have three bedrooms or three bedrooms plus a den, and about a dozen homes will have one bedroom or one bedroom plus a den.

All homes will have adjacent outdoor space. Arden will consist of two towers on either side of a four-story podium base that surrounds the parking structure and a five-story midrise connecting the towers.

Arden Construction Schedule:
The developer broke ground in 2013, and construction is expected to be complete in 2015.

Pricing for Arden:
All homes are currently in contract.

Arden Parking:
There will be one parking space for each home at Arden. Even though the city has a transit first policy for new construction, this project was entitled and approved long ago as part of the Mission Bay redevelopment plan. Because it was entitled so long ago, the approvals it received for parking differ from what a similar project would be allowed under current approval rules.

Amenities and Finishes for Arden:
Common area amenities include a pool, spa, gym and a social room. Nat Bosa, owner of Bosa Development, has said that the homes at Arden will be a step up from Madrone and Radiance, so we expect high-end finishes in this project and we will update this page with additional details as they become available.
