Google Buys Two Buildings on Mountain View Corner

 

Google Inc. snapped up a couple buildings in Mountain View, adding to its holdings south of Highway 101 near the Sunnyvale border.

Google paid $18 million for the property at 880 Maude Ave. and 420 Clyde Ave., public records show.

The building on Maude is about 20,000 square feet and sits on 1.4 acres, while the building on Clyde is 16,758 square feet and sits on a little over an acre.

The purchase price comes to about $486 per square foot by building area.

 

Google acquired the two connected buildings at the corner of Clyde and Maude.
