A relatively modest Menlo Park office property has sold for an impressively high amount.

Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management has bought 275 Middlefield Road for $175,250,000. According to county records, the property has one two-story building with 145,600 square feet of office space, meaning the deal pencils out to $1,203 per square foot.

The seller was Palo Alto-based WSJ Properties.

Current tenants includ e the law firm McDermott Will & Emery and biopharmaceutical company Dermira.
