Sunset Development Co.’s Bishop Ranch has added seven more tenants to the office campus leasing over 80K SF. In the last few months, the developer has added a total of 14 leases occupying 186K SF. The seven most recent leases were signed by professional services, financing and technology companies.
Insight Global, a provider of staffing and managed solutions to Fortune 500 companies, leased 18K SF. Hong Kong-based investment holding company GCL New Energy leased 16K SF. Mott MacDonald, a global engineering, management and development consulting firm, leased 13K SF. Dodge & Cox, a professional investment management services company, leased about 11K SF. Bayside Solutions, a staffing company, leased over 10K SF. Canary Marketing and Omron Adept Technologies each leased over 6K SF.
Bishop Ranch is home to over 600 companies with 30,000 employees across 30 industries. Existing tenants includ e AT&T, Chevron, IBM, Rodan + Fields, PG&E, GE Digital, Robert Half, SAP, BlackBerry, Bank of the West, Toyota and Berkshire Hathaway. Tenant spaces range from 150 SF to over 1M SF.
