Demolition of an existing one-story, 5,500 SF office building and approximately 650 SF of the rear of the Fox Theatre which currently houses a portion of the green room, and the construction of a new 5-story retail/office building with a total of 67,825 square feet (12,189 SF of retail on the ground floor and 55,636 SF of office), plus 2 levels of underground parking that includes 104 parking stalls. The total height of the building would be 95 feet. It will have an occupancy load of approximately 250-300 employees.
