He previously served as co-founder and managing partner of Bridgeport Financial Services, LLC and Lexington Financial, LLC. Bair is also the founder of Bair Group Real Estate where he and his team acquired and sold more than 1,200 properties during the real estate downturn, making it the largest acquisition and sales company in the Southwest.
