The units are either one- or two-bedroom, and vary significantly in square feet. Some bathrooms have dual vanities and oversized soaking tubes, and others have balconies/patios with Downtown and Bay views. Right now there are four ads on Craigslist for rentals in the building, including a 700 square foot one bedroom asking $3500. Also from Craigslist we learn that the sales team is running a special for early applicants. Calling it the “MARCH MADNESS LEASE INCENTIVE,” if you move in by the end of this week you get one month free rent or one year free parking.
