NEMA, also known as Tenth and Market, is a 754-unit residential apartment complex in the Mid-Market neighborhood of San Francisco, California, United States. The complex consists of a 19-story, 220-foot (67 m) tower at Jessie and Tenth Streets and a 35-story, 352-foot (107 m) tower at Market and Tenth Streets, connected by a nine story podium along Tenth Street.

Designed by Glenn Rescalvo, partner of Handel Architects, NEMA’s four linked building towers range from 10 to 37 stories, creating a dynamic modern silhouette in the San Francisco skyline. Façades composed of multi-faceted glass and dark metal reflect the light of the sky and recall the silvery tones of the Pacific coastline. At the street level, floor-to-ceiling glass retail storefronts make the brand new luxury apartment towers above appear as if they are floating. Apartment building residents enter either of two private lobbies via large landscaped plazas on 10th Street.
