Tishman Speyer is working with the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development to provide greatly needed affordable housing for the rapidly developing Mid-Market neighborhood. The building’s architecture features a custom designed glass curtain wall with operable windows, a double-height lobby, onsite parking, indoor bike storage, ground floor retail, a landscaped courtyard and a roof terrace for residents.

Polaris Pacific is currently in the branding and positioning phase of 1400 Mission Street. In conjunction with the Mayor’s Office of Housing, Polaris Pacific has determined a strategy and outreach plan to optimally reach homebuyers seeking affordable options in San Francisco and this sought after Mid-Market location.
