The five-star hotel operated by Four Seansons Hotels and Resprts hosts 277 guest rooms and retail stores, and has 142 luxury condominiums on the upper floors. Non-linear viscous dampers located at the top of the hotel tower help dampen some of the wind sway due to powerful winds off the Pacofoc Ocean  Pacific Ocean. The Four Seasons Hotel has high class restaurant. Customers can enjoy their meals in restaurant decorated with a work of art. Also, The five-star hotel offers 10,000 sq.ft. fitness center.
