A recent onsite tour of the 201 Folsom development project has showed Tishman Speyer making significant progress on the new Lumina condominium complex.  The deep trench that existed in a previousvisit 5 months ago has since been replaced with reinforced concrete frames of four developing structures.  Two of the structures are high-rise towers, 350 feet and 400 feet in height, respectively, while the other two are low rise podium buildings.  Arquitectonica/Heller Manus renderings show the modern styled towers to have rounded edges and a glassy facade while the podium buildings retain more of an angular exterior with less glass. The 725 unit complex is on an aggressive 23 month timeline with completion anticipated for mid next summer.
