MEMBERSHIP TYPES
If your company is a manufacturer or distributor of consumer technology or related products, or a provider of a technology or service that interoperates with or enhances a device, then your home at the Consumer Technology Association (CTA)™ starts here. A North America business location is required.
What Is the Cost to Join?
Annual dues are based on your company’s global sales. To ensure the accuracy of member dues, CTA may ask prospective members to provide supporting documentation. All information provided will be kept strictly confidential.
Nontraditional consumer technology companies, such as an Internet or content company, have the option of paying a flat dues rate of $5,000 annually. Contact us with the form below to find out if you qualify. Companies at the $5,000 dues tier do not qualify for a discount on CES exhibit space.

Associate Member
Do I Qualify for Associate Membership?
If your company conducts business within the consumer technology industry but does not manufacture or sell consumer technology products or services, then your home at the Consumer Technology Association (CTA)™ starts with an associate membership. Examples of associate members includ e consultants, investment firms and analysts. A North America business location is required.
What Is the Cost to Join?
Annual dues are based on your company’s annual U.S. revenue. To ensure the accuracy of member dues, CTA may ask prospective members to provide supporting documentation. All information provided will be kept strictly confidential.

Startup Membership
What Is Startup Membership?
We believe every company deserves a seat at the table. That’s why we offer a discounted membership category to startup companies at only $95/year. You can stay at the $95 rate for up to two consecutive years.
To qualify for Startup Membership, your company must meet the following four conditions:
- Annual revenue is under $1 million.
- North America office or business location.
- You’ve introduced your first product, service or app to market within the last year or are planning to do so in the upcoming 12 months.
- You have not previously been a CTA member under another membership category.
Due to the dramatically reduced price, Startup Members do not qualify for the CES exhibit space discount.
Retailer/Integrator Member
Do I Qualify for Retailer/Integrator Membership?
If your company sells or installs consumer electronics — via traditional showroom, over the Internet or through custom installation — your home at the Consumer Technology Association (CTA)™ begins with a retailer/integrator membership. A North American business location is required.
What Is the Cost to Join?
Annual dues are based on your company’s annual U.S. revenue. To ensure the accuracy of member dues, CTA may ask prospective members to provide supporting documentation. All information provided will be kept strictly confidential.
