New York University is a private institution that was founded in 1831. It has a total undergraduate enrollment of 24,985 and its setting is urban. It utilizes a semester-based academic calendar. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.

New York University, a member of the distinguished Association of American Universities, is the largest private university in the United States, with a student population of over 44,000 and seventeen schools and divisions. NYU offers more than 150 undergraduate majors, including individualized studies. There are also opportunities for double majors, minors, dual degrees, and internships. NYU’s main campus is situated in Greenwich Village, New York City, and has two branch campuses in Abu Dhabi and Shanghai, China.
