Sourcing ingredients from the surrounding fields and pasture as well as other local farms, Blue Hill at Stone Barns highlights the abundant resources of the Hudson Valley. There are no menus at Blue Hill at Stone Barns; instead, the restaurant offers two options based on the day’s harvest for $208 per guest and $148 per guest.

Elegant attire. Jackets and ties are preferred for gentlemen. Shorts are not allowed in the restaurant or on the terrace. Flash photography is not permitted in the main dining room.
