School for Advanced Studies (SAS) is a full time dual-enrollment high school, a combined effort of Miami-Dade County Public Schools (MDCPS) and Miami-Dade College (MDC). Students attending SAS complete their last two years of high school while attending MDC. The opportunity for acceleration and enrichment attracts motivated and academically talented students. SAS takes pride in its family-like environment, small school setting, and focus on a quality education. The School for Advanced Studies (SAS) is a SACS accredited dual-enrollment secondary school in Miami, Florida. It is a part of the Miami-Dade County Public Schools System and is situated at four campuses of Miami Dade College. These four campuses are: the Kendall campus, North Campus, Wolfson Campus, and Homestead campus.

Ranked #6 out of the top 2000 public senior high schools in the U.S. in a joint report by Newsweek and The Daily Beast in 2013, 2nd best out of all Florida Schools, and 1st out of all Miami schools.
