Project Overview:
Centerra will be developed by Simeon Residential Properties and Barry Swenson Builder will be the design-build contractor. When completed, Centerra will be a 347-unt, 21-story residential tower planned for the block bounded by Almaden Avenue, Notre Dame Street, St. John Street and Carlysle Street.

The project has been designed to achieve a traditional modern-hybrid look. Critical to the design, are the balcony railings. Greco will be supplying the 4,500 lineal feet of their 42” glass railing system and individual 72” tall privacy dividers to Southwest Metalsmiths, Inc. of Phoenix, www.swmetalsmiths.com who will also provide the installation services for the project. Greco created and engineered the unique design to meet the design criteria of the project.

The project was started in the summer of 2013 and should be done by 2015.
