The camp will run in Santa Clara (Teen Dev Camp will run at St. Justin School, 2655 Homestead Rd, Santa Clara, CA 95051) from July 7 to August 1, Mon – Fri, 8am to 6pm. The first two hours along with the final hour are all optional work periods with TA support. You are free to pickup and drop off anytime in that window. The camp is made up of two, 2 week courses, you may register for just one, but we recommend both together. Teen Dev Camp is available to all students ages 11 to 16.
By the time camp is over your teen will have several projects they’ll be proud to show off to their friends and classmates. It doesn’t end there, though. We are building a community of like-minded students and will host continuing tech ed activities, hackathons, LAN parties, and more. Come make memories with us!

Advanced Web App Development takes you from beginning web developer, and in two weeks has you utilizing the most cutting edge industry tools like Node.JS, AngularJS and PhoneGap Build. This course builds from the foundational knowledge in our intro class, and adds in the full client-server architecture (Node.JS), the MVC programming paradigm (AngularJS), and web app to native app conversion (PhoneGap Build) for the iPhone/iPad App Store as well as Google Play.
While we put a lot of time and effort into selecting just the right technologies and languages to teach in these courses, the most important skills your student will learn can be used with almost any type of creation. Students will learn the Engineering Design Process, from brain storming, to driving a project to completion, then evolving it incrementally.
Students will also learn to collaborate on teams with various skillsets and even job roles. Look at the bottom of each Course Description to see the various specialties that students may choose. Having skill with a tool is only the first step in truly learning to wield it.
