Our principals sit on many boards and are in regular contact with strategic partners and co-investors, as well as industry experts, executives and directors of public and private companies who provide industry insight.

Supplementing the Chrysalis team is a network of successful entrepreneurs- or executives-in-residence (EIRs) who have been attracted to work with the team to help diligence opportunities, work on their next project or consult with Chrysalis portfolio companies. Many serve on boards of our portfolio companies, although this is not a requirement.
