AVA 55 Ninth is a 273-unit mixed-use project that comes with numerous amenities, including artwork from the local community, on-site retail and a 10,000 square foot courtyard. The transit-oriented project also has 33 Below-Market-Rate (BMR) units located on-site.

The 260-unit apartment complex will rise from a fenced-in dirt lot behind the vacant State Comp Insurance building. It is also across the street from Market Square, the art deco landmark at 1355 Market St. that will house Twitter’s headquarters in 2012.
