1645 PACIFIC AVENUE, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94109
Richard Beard Architects
1645 Pacific Avenue’s architectural design was inspired by the historical and artistic elements of the rich pre-war architecture found in the surrounding San Francisco neighbourhoods.
1645 Pacific is located at the convergence of three spectacular neighbourhoods – Nob Hill, Russian Hill and Pacific Heights.
1645 Pacific Avenue is a limited offering of 39 residences and penthouses.
Grosvenor has chosen a unique block in San Francisco to develop a world class mixed-use development. The design draws inspiration from the elegant architecture of these classic San Francisco neighbourhoods and fits well within the region’s classic skyline and urban fabric. The residential units sit above three boutique retail spaces that will enhance commercial activity along Pacific Avenue. Since 1907, the site has served as a local car garage and part of the original façade has been integrated into the building.
“Richard Beard mixes Art and Life at 1645 Pacific Avenue. It’s good to see a skilled reworking of classic, old-school apartments inspired by the 1920’s…”
