Two buildings totaling 467,469 sf – 320 apartment units, four and five story wood frame buildings, two levels of subterranean parking each building.

This project consists of two separate four and five story wood frame apartment buildings totaling 320 units. Each building has two levels of subterranean parking for future residents. Challenges include the steep grade of the site and two varying soil conditions: bedrock and pour soil. Build Group is currently working to determine which system will best accommodate for the pour soil conditions. Soil G.O. piers, piles, and lien files are all being considered. The project scope also includes site work to allow road access for construction material delivery.
