A new six-story office development at 333 Brannan designed by William McDonough + Partners has received so much interest that its developers plan to pre-lease the entire building before its even completed. Welp, that came true today when developer Kilroy announced that cloud storage firm Dropbox has preleased the entire 180,000 square foot building.
