Jasmine is a Built for Better Living® single family detached home community consisting of 66 homes in the Patterson Ranch master plan in Fremont. The Jasmine lots will be the largest in the master plan. Jasmine is planned to feature 1 and 2-story homes ranging in size from approximately 2,596 square feet to approximately 3,402 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms, 2.5-5.5 bathrooms and 2-3 car and 3-car tandem garages per plan.
