300 Kansas Street in San Francisco Sells for $14.2MM

San Francisco, CA—CBRE announced it has arranged the sale of a 31,000-square-foot commercial property located at 300 Kansas Street in San Francisco, California.

San Francisco developer Group i was the Buyer. Matt Kroger and Mark Geisreiter of CBRE’s San Francisco office represented the Seller, a private investor.

300 Kansas Street is a PDR-zoned showroom and retail property in San Francisco’s Showplace Square/Potrero Hill neighborhood within SOMA, centrally located along the 16th Street Transit Corridor.  The property is located on a 30,000 square foot parcel fronting 16th Street.

Mr. Kroger stated, “The property is a high-quality renovated showroom property with creative bones and in-place vacancy, offering ideal redevelopment potential for the Buyer to capture increased demand from PDR tenants.”
