Founder Maxine Clark handed over the reins to Sharon Price John in June of 2013 and she promptly introduced a new logo and rallied employees with more store competitions and opportunities to win more prizes through their Atta Bear recognition program. Recently she has refreshed the brand, positioned a new leadership team, and introduced a transparent five-year strategy to become a sustainable company._ Associates have embraced these changes and have rallied behind her mission to achieve those goals.
