The Grove, Los Gatos

A R&D campus formerly known as Los Gatos Business Park with 10 buildings and 250,485 square feet, situated on 21.5 acres. It is one of the largest parcels assembled in the Town of Los Gatos, with typically high-barriers to entry and community-driven growth restrictions. The proposed redevelopment is to demolish all existing structures and replace with a Class A office campus consisting of four 4 story office buildings totaling 485,000 square feet, and a five level parking structure. The first two buildings are already pre-leased to Netflix. The project is currently under construction.
