1 TENth makes its stunning debut. Building on the success of 1355 Market Street and its premier tenant roster, the newly re-clad 1 TENth will be a cutting edge structure for tenants of an innovative mindset. The unitized glass curtain-wall system, featuring 16′ high Viracon glass panels, will span floor to floor outside the building’s seismically reinforced concrete frame, creating a collaborative work environment.
