About Deem

Deem is a leading Commerce-as-a-Service company that connects a large and diverse ecosystem of customers, merchants and partners across a one-of-a-kind commerce network, enabling them to lower costs, increase revenue and deepen customer loyalty.

We help businesses grow.

Employee Spend Suite.

The Deem Employee Suite consists of the applications that help companies track and manage indirect spend. Companies are able to incorporate company policy, preferred vendors and negotiated rates at the point of sale, avoiding the majority of noncompliance issues and reducing maverick, or out-of-policy spend. Employees benefit from a single, consumer-grade user interface on desktop and mobile to handle all of their spend and reimbursement needs. The applications in this suite include Travel (Hotel, Flights, Rail, Car Rental, Car Service and Meetings), Expense, Shopping and Shipping.
Procurement Professional Suite.

The Deem Procurement Professional Suite gives procurement officers and finance departments the tools the need to effectively track, measure and control employee spending as well as to find and contract with the best vendors for all of their companies’ needs. From issuing an RFP through vendor identification to contract renewal, Deem’s Procurement Professional Suite takes the headache out of running a procurement organization. Applications in this suite include Spend Analytics, Sourcing, Contract Management and Catalog Management.
Car Service for Operators Suite.

The Deem Car Service for Operators Suite is Deem’s newest suite of applications. While Deem Car Service (formerly Deem Ground) has existed since 2008, in July of this year Deem entered into agreements with the National Limousine Association and major operators to develop a next-generation cloud and mobile network for chauffeured transportation that allows for advanced reservations from mobile devices and real-time ride hailing for corporations and leisure customers and maximizes fleet management and revenue for operators. Deem Car Service provides back office fleet management technology, mobile and desktop applications for ride hailing, advanced analytics for ground transportation management and a mobile app for drivers that allows them to accept rides, communicate with passengers and close out trips at the conclusion of a ride. Phase 1 of the new Deem Car Service will be rolling out in October and will feature advanced reservation capabilities – an existing $3B market that is wildly underserved by existing apps which is being threatened by the emergence of transportation network companies (TNCs) like Uber, Lyft and Sidecar.

Applications in the Deem Car Service for Operators Suite include Saturn Reservation Management, Affiliate Connect, Fleet Management, Deem Driver, and Deem Mobile.
