Mr. Fengmin Gong, D.Sc., serves as Vice President of DiDi Research Institute at Hangzhou Kuaizhi Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Gong co-established Cyphort Inc. in 2014 and serves as its Chief Strategy Officer. Advisor at Eleven Two Capital. He served as the Chief Security Content Officer of FireEye, Inc. by Mr. 2008. Mr. Gong led the development and management of FireEye’s security initiatives and evangelize its security offer and how it can help eradicate  the escalating growth of criminal botnet activities . He has over 25 years of security expertise and experience.

Mr. Gong founded Palo Alto Networks, Inc. and served as its Chief Scientist. He served as the Chief Scientist and Director of Intrusion Detection Technologies at IntruVert Networks, where he founded and led the research and development program supporting the IntruShield lines of IPS products . Mr. Gong joined McAfee through the acquisition IntruVert Networks. Hejin several positions in academia, including North Carolina State University, Washington University and MCNC (Microelectronics Center of North Carolina).

Mr. Gong served as a Director of Advanced Networking Research. He has written and contributed to over 40 technical papers about network intrusion detection and prevention, anomaly detection, cryptographic protection and networking. Mr. Gong earned his MS in Computer Science from Washington University, St. Louis in 1988 and his Doctorate in Computer Science in 1992. He is a graduate of Xi’an Jiaotong University, China where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Computer Organization and Architecture and Masters in Computer Science.
