Mr. Vishal Makhijani, also known as Vish, serves as an Advisor of Group Gift Service, Inc. Mr. Makhijani serves as an Advisor of Splashtop, Inc. (formerly, DeviceVM, Inc.). He serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Udacity Inc. He serves as an Advisor of several private companies. He served as an Advisor of Pepperdata, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Casual & Mobility at Zynga, Inc. since 2009. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Yandex Labs. He joined Yandex in 2008. He served as Senior Vice President of Search Group at Yahoo! Inc. (Now known as Altaba Inc.) and was responsible for Yahoo!

Search and other properties including Local, Shopping, Travel, Personals, Answers and Delicious. Mr. Makhijani served as Vice President of Yahoo! Search Marketing International and International Monetization. He served as Vice President and General Manager of Yahoo!’s consumer International Search business. He served as a Vice President and General Manager of Inktomi Corporation. He served with Inktomi since 1999. He served at Inktomi Web search, headed-up Inktomi’s investor relations program.

He worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he helped Fortune 500 clients and leading technology, media and start up companies with financial reporting, mergers, acquisitions and public offering issuances. He serves as a Board Member of several private companies. He has been a Board Director of ProsperWorks Inc since July 2012. He served as a Member of the Advisory Board at Dapper, Inc. He served as a Member of Supervisory Board at Yandex LLC since 2009. Mr. Makhijani earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Connecticut.
